WHO WILL LEAD THE TRAINING?
The event will be lead by Matthew D'Arcy, Managing Director for OMTAC Ltd.
Matthew has extensive experience with online marketing across a broad range of Internet, Social Media, Micro-Blogging and Mobile Marketing & Advertising platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google, as well as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Bookmarking & Sharing, Blogging, Online PR, Mobile Applications etc. Matthew will draw on his advertising and marketing campaign experience and the research he and his team have undertaken on the use of online marketing by companies and organisations of all sizes.
Matthew has worked in a number of industry sectors, from website development to online marketing and ecommerce, from recruitment to hospitality and event management, from education to alumni membership services, from retail to consultancy services, from FMCG to brand development and distribution. He is also an experienced Speaker, he recently spoke on Internet & Mobile Marketing at IMBIBE 2010 and has been invited to speak at the Institute of Professional Developers in Education (IDPE) Conference 2011.
Early in his career Matthew worked as a project manager for both the University of Surrey and the Department of Employment and Education delivering a range of training courses in transferable management skills, and was accredited by the Synectics Education Initiative as a trainer in problem solving techniques.
He has been Director of Marketing for an education institution, a recruitment consultant in the City of London, a Director of a digital web development consultancy and Director of a SME involved in retail, brand development and travel.
As well as providing an overview of marketing and communications methodology, tips and techniques, Matthew will introduce a range of strategies with useful, practical advice and examples relevant to participant's industry sectors and objectives and will draw on his wide work and campaign experience to present a relevant, informative and dynamic Workshop/Seminar.
