ALUMNIONLINE WORKSHOP TRAINING INFORMATION
This page contains timing, dates and booking information for the alumnionline 'Connect & Engage' Masterclass training series in Edinburgh and London. Please scroll down to book your place(s).

 All our intensive 3 hour masterclass workshops are "stand alone" - you can choose to attend one, two or more of the workshops in whichever order and at whatever time and on whatever date suits you.
You can book your preferred training workshop(s) below. Please note places are limited (normally only 14 participants per workshop, depending on the venue) and are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.

DELEGATE DISCOUNTS
Following the announcement of the new Alumni Relations Online 'Connect & Engage' Masterclass Workshop Training series dates from August 2009 to January 2010 special discounts are available to those booking 2 or more workshops in-advance (for any combination of dates over a 6 month period), and discounts are also available when more than one person from the Education Institution, Alumni Network or Association to attend a particular workshop.

MASTERCLASS WORKSHOP TIMING & DATES
WORKSHOP TIMING
Morning Workshops (0930-1230)
For our morning workshops please arrive between 0845 and 0930 for registration and refreshments (Tea/Coffee and Pastries will be provided on arrival).
We will begin at 0930 and finish at 1230.
Afternoon Workshops (1400-1700)
For our afternoon workshops please arrive between 1315 and 1400 for registration and refreshments (Tea/Coffee and Fruit will be provided on arrival).
We will begin at 1400 and finish at 1700.
WORKSHOPS ORDERED BY DATE
You are welcome to attend one or more workshops, in any order you wish.
You might attend one only, or two or three or four over a period of months, or choose to attend all four masterclass workshops over two consecutive days. (Lunch will be provided at no extra cost for those attending two consecutive workshops on one day, morning and afternoon.)
 The alumnionline 'Connect & Engage' Masterclass Workshops are intended for those working in alumni relations and/or membership management and development. Relevant case studies will offer a wide range of insights and transferable tips and techniques relevant to all.

MASTERCLASS WORKSHOP VENUE & DIRECTIONS
We have Facebook and Twitter workshops taking place in Edinburgh on 30 November 2009 (the venue will be confirmed nearer the time) but the majority of the alumnionline 'Connect & Engage' Masterclass Workshops will take place in Central London at the Training Room Company, voted the best IT training facility in London.
The air-conditioned specialist computer training facility is conveniently located just 10 minutes from London Bridge Railway Station and Guy's Hospital.
For those arriving by train or underground, London Bridge is well served by National Rail with various surface lines from south and north and the Jubilee and Northern underground lines.
For those arriving by car there is a car park nearby, outside the congestion zone.

The entrance to the Training Room is shared with the Leathermarket Café. On arrival at the Leathermarket Café please wait at the reserved table in the Café for us to collect you. (If you are late please come to the training room - a notice at reception will show the room number.)

DELEGATE PRICE
 All prices below include:
- A place on your chosen Alumni Relations Online 'Connect & Engage' Masterclass Workshop,
- Tea/Coffee and Pastry (AM) or Fruit (PM),
- A copy of our 'Connect & Engage' Guide (as relevant to the particular workshop you attend - whether Twitter, Facebook, Audio/Video/Pictures or SEO),
- Certificate of Attendance,
- Access to further materials, case studies and tips and techniques on our website (the normal cost of membership of the OMTAC Client Area is £195+Vat per year).
Additionally lunch will be provided at no extra cost for those attending two consecutive workshops on one day, morning and afternoon.
PRICE FOR ONE WORKSHOP
If you book to attend any single workshop the price is £95 + Vat (£14.25) = £109.25.
Multiple bookings are welcome - if two or more colleagues from the same company/organisation book to attend the same single workshop the price for all attending will be £80 + Vat (£12) = £92.
PRICE FOR TWO OR MORE WORKSHOPS
If you book to attend two or more workshops (regardless of whether they are on the same date or on completely different dates) the price will be £80 + Vat (£12) = £92 per workshop.
Multiple bookings are welcome - this price (£92 inc Vat) will also apply to any other colleagues/staff booking from the same company/organisation to attend two or more workshops.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund provided written notification is received at least 14 days before the alumnionline 'Connect & Engage' Masterclass Workshop Training.
We cannot provide a refund for the Masterclass Workshop or associated expenses should a delegate need to cancel with less than 14 days notice (whatever the reasons for non-attendance) however substitutions are welcome.
OMTAC reserves the right to change the dates or content of the Masterclass Workshop Training as considered appropriate or necessary and in the event of a date change will offer delegates the opportunity to cancel their booking and to receive a full refund. If OMTAC is unable to run the Masterclass Workshop Training for any reason then delegates will be offered the opportunity to rebook for an alternative date or to receive a full refund.
