ALUMNI ONLINE 08 is an annual conference for everyone involved in alumni, fundraising and development at Universities, Colleges and Schools from the UK and Europe. EXHIBITION PACKAGE

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

In return for your support you will receive a large packet of benefits to maximise your brand exposure pre-, during- and post- Conference. Your company and services/solutions will benefit from brand recognition and increased awareness as a result.

The Sponsorship Package can be used in conjunction with the Exhibitor package (earning a 10% discount on the total booking price) or you may choose to attend as an individual delegate(s) however it will not be necessary to attend the Conference in-order to benefit from the Sponsorship Packages.

The price per package is: £750 + Vat (£131.25) = £881.25

Accreditation as Keynote & Plenary Sponsor pre-, during- and post- Conference on the website, in Conference emails and materials (including post-Conference report and press releases etc).

The price per package is: £600 + Vat (£105) = £705

ATTENDING AS A DELEGATE

Anyone is welcome to book a normal delegate place on the ALUMNI ONLINE 08 Conference but commercial representatives should take note of the booking terms and conditions below which restrict advertising and marketing activities for normal delegates.

The price per delegate is normally £195 + Vat (£34.13) = £229.13.

However companies booking either the Exhibition package and/or the Sponsorship packages will benefit from a special discount on the normal price for delegate places.

The discounted price for exhibitors and sponsors will be: £175 + Vat (£30.63) = £205.63.

(Please note that one delegate place is already included in the Exhibition package.)

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We look forward to working with you, please note the following booking terms and conditions:

• We regret that exhibition and sponsorship packages may not be cancelled once booked.
• In the event of cancellation of the Conference we will refund the booking fees in full but cannot take any responsibility for any additional costs incurred by exhibitors, sponsors or delegates as a result of the cancellation.
• We reserve the right to adjust or change Conference arrangements if necessary and will attempt in such a situation to provide sufficient and adequate alternative benefits, this will be non-negotiable.
• Commercial representatives are welcome to book normal delegates places however the distribution of any commercial or advertising materials (other than business cards) and the demonstration of any services or solutions by delegates who have not also booked a Sponsorship or Exhibition Package is prohibited and will result in ejection from the Conference.
