It brings both parties completely up to speed and allows us to provide advice, case studies and guidance on the use of Social Media, Webcasting etc for your Event(s).
Serving as a 'one-off' training and consultancy day, providing your organisation with sufficient background, insights, training and information on the use of Social Media for your Event(s), the A-Z Briefing could be all you need to kick-start or review your use of Social Media and Eventcasting, drawing on your in-house resources and/or other agencies and suppliers for effective implementation for your Event(s).
Alternatively following the A-Z Briefing you may decide to continue the relationship with us by taking up one or more of a range of Event consultancy, training and support services we offer, designed to help you with the implementation process from pre-event preparation, strategic marketing and communications through to post-event analysis and ongoing brand building and networking. We charge one flat fee (in the UK, fees will vary worldwide) for the A-Z Briefing package comprising:
1) Initial preparatory research into your event(s), your existing use of Social Media and Eventcasting/Webcasting etc, your objectives and resources etc.
2) 1-day Consultancy meeting and training event at your offices during which we will address your specific needs using our list of over 200+ key questions, issues and themes to consider as a basis for discussion (see below).
3) Up to 2 hours of further consultancy advice and support by phone and email.

EVENTCHANNELER A-Z BRIEFING PRICING & BOOKING
For Clients Based In The UK
We charge a flat fee of £900 + Vat (£157.50) for our A-Z Briefing package within the UK.
This flat fee includes pre-meeting preparation, one day of consultancy and/or training at your offices and any travel and subsidence expenses incurred, and up to 2 hours post-meeting follow-up advice and support.

For Clients Based Outside The UK
We welcome clients outside the UK however as we are based in the UK the fee for our EventChanneler A-Z Briefing may be higher for clients abroad, to reflect additional costs. Please complete the A-Z Briefing enquiry form or print off and fax the enquiry form (see below) giving your location etc and we will provide a quote as quickly as possible.
EVENTCHANNELER A-Z BRIEFING PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
The fee of £900 + Vat (£1157.50) if you are located in the UK (the fee is higher if you are located outside the UK) is payable on booking to help us minimise our overheads*.
On receipt of your secure online enquiry form or your faxed enquiry form (please click on the link to download and print off a PDF copy of the enquiry form) we will contact you to discuss the booking and to agree a mutually convenient date for the 1 day consultancy and training day.
We will then send you an invoice. (Please note that the booking will be provisional - and therefore subject to change depending on our availability - until payment has been received in full.)
You can then pay using a Credit/Debit card by completing the 'Payment Details' section of the secure online enquiry and payment form or by faxing the enquiry and payment form (please click on the link to download and print off a PDF copy of the enquiry and payment form).
OMTAC Ltd accepts payment** by BACS (Bank or wire transfer or bank deposit) or by Credit or Debit card.
In the event that OMTAC Ltd is unable to provide the A-Z Briefing for whatever reason a full refund will be given.
In the event that a Client is unable to proceed with the booking OMTAC Ltd will try to reschedule the booking for a mutually convenient date however should any rescheduling or cancellation requested by a Client result in the effective termination of the booking OMTAC Ltd will retain 50% of the booking fee paid by the Client to help cover OMTAC's administration costs and lost earnings, refunding the remaining 50% of the booking fee.
Submission of the A-Z Briefing enquiry form confirms that you have read and agree to these Payment Terms.
*Please note that to enable us to keep our fees to you and our other clients as low as possible we do not offer credit facilities or extended payment periods.
**Please note that to help us minimise our administration costs and pass the resulting savings on to our clients, OMTAC Ltd no longer accepts payment by cheque.
